Fees from Term 3, 2024

• Initial Consultation - $285
  (Minimum 1 hour 30 mins including first session, initial communication with stakeholders, assessment, planning and preparation of necessary documentation)

• 1 hour Individual Session - $237.50
  (Minimum 1 hour 15mins including 1 hour music therapy session + at least 15 mins non-contact time)

• Standard Individual Session - $190
  (Mimimum 1 hour including 45 minute music therapy session + at least 15 mins non-contact time)

• Short Individual Session $142.50
  (Minimum 45 minutes including 30 minute music therapy session + at least 15 mins non-contact time)

• Group Session (2-4 participants) - $47.5 - $95/participant* 
  (Minimum 1 hour including 30-40 minute music therapy session + at least 20 mins non-contact time)
  *Fees on a sliding scale depending on no. of participants in group.

• Reports - $95-$300
  (For Letters of Recommendation, Progress Reports, Funding Review Reports, on request, with minimum 1 month's notice)

• Provider Travel - capped at $50/session
  (Provider travel incurred for travel to participant when >30mins one way, split between no. of participants seen in area on day)

• Telehealth Sessions
  (Online, via Zoom.  Charged at same rates as above)

 

NDIS Funded participants (Plan-managed and Self-managed) can access our Music Therapy Services using their funding.
